Do you take submissions?
Sure do! You can submit here or email us your idea and we’ll try to make it happen. It might take a little while - but we should get to it eventually. Don’t forget to make it exactly five words! Sometimes it can help to check the archive too - with over 300 posts we might have already done your suggestion.


How do you make your posts? Where do you get your fonts from?
We make our posts using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, and our backgrounds are created by layering different textures and images. We’ve accumulated a pretty decent commercial font library over a long period of time - but fontsquirrel and myfonts are pretty solid sources for good quality fonts. You can see credits for resources we’ve used over at our Thanks page.


Can I pretty please have a Five-Words post for an iPhone wallpaper?
We’d love to hook you up! Check out the Extras page, or send us the link to the image you’d like and we’ll do our very best to get it to you, stat.


I’d like to feature Five Words Tell A Story on my blog. Am I okay to use your images?
We’d really prefer you contact us before using our images on your blog or site. We do get a kick out of seeing what you write about Five Words so feel free to email us and let us know what images you’d like to use - We’re totally friendly and it’ll probably make our day.


Do you really post every day?
Yup - every single Australian calendar day. We know, that’s a smidge confusing but it’s the easiest way to explain why sometimes it actually takes longer than 24 hours to see a new post. 


Can you please follow me or promote me?
If we like your blog, we may follow it on our personal accounts but unfortunately we won’t promote anyone on our site. We want to keep Five-Words a place for everyone to enjoy, without annoying ads or promos. Sorry!
